Hello? This is Dr. Hyocheong Chae, director of Dongcheon-dong Sunyujae Korean Medicine Clinic, a place where kind hearts reside.

When I see patients who come to Sunyujae Korean Medicine Clinic after receiving treatment at other hospitals or those who seek out a hospital that can treat them, my passion for treatment grows even stronger. I am active as the Planning Director at the Korean Society of Acupotomy. In March, it was selected as an Outstanding Member Society by the Association of Korean Medicine.

Let me tell you what kind of society the Korean Society of Acupotomy is. The Story of the Korean Society of Acupotomy: The Korean Society of Acupotomy was established to contribute to the research development and health promotion of Korean medicine, based on anatomical and physiological understanding, and grounded in the structural and functional characteristics of the human body. This society aims to promote the development of Korean medicine by utilizing various treatment methods such as herbal medicine, pharmacopuncture, and acupotomy, based on precise anatomical knowledge, in addition to general acupuncture used to alleviate patient suffering, thereby treating intractable diseases.

Always for the promotion of human health We are medical professionals who are always researching and contemplating for the promotion of human health. This is the Korean Society of Acupotomy, which constantly strives to make life happier through a correct and healthy body. I am actively involved as the Planning Director at the Korean Society of Acupotomy. I serve as the Planning Director among the executives of the Korean Society of Acupotomy.

I establish long-term plans for acupotomy medicine, and in conjunction with university professors, I conduct planning research focused on publishing the society’s articles in SCI international academic journals. Additionally, I organize and review approximately 30 papers for the society’s journal each year and oversee the publication of the journal. In the future, I plan to carry out various tasks, including exchanges with international researchers, and I will continue to strive for the development of Korean medicine at the point of contact with patients.
